Paisea: Engineers and city slickers

In its March issue, the Spanish journal of landscape architecture, Paisea, discusses projects whose realization would not be expensive. Paisea is a lucid, eminently readable journal that often describes projects which have yet to be built, but which also examines projects that have already been completed. A welcome break in the world of landscape architecture which is already inundated with plans! The low-cost projects are clearly divided into those which cost between o to 10 and 10 to 20 euros per square metre.
