摘要

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between dioxin concentration in humans and their living environmental factors such as diet or residential district. We develop a nonlinear random effects regression model based on a pharmacokinetic model that explains dioxin accumulation in the human body. The model takes into consideration two points: individual differences in dioxin intake and historical exposure to dioxins. We apply the model to data collected by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
