摘要

Ground levle ozone is responsible for the formation of smog, and for a variety of adverse effect on both human and plant life. High concenrations of ground level ozone occur during the summer months. This paper describes the development of a model to forecast the maximum daily concentration of ozone as a function of the maximum surface temeprature, for ozone non-attainment regions in Ohio. The modle was developed by statistical analysis of existing data. Site-specific models were developed initially.
