Trevor Daya-Winterbottom is a member of the Resource Management Law Association of New Zealand, of the New Zealand Centre for Environmental Law and a Director of the Environmental Defence Society. He is founding general editor of Resource Management Theory & Practice. He was Chair of the Organizing Committee for the Nth IUCN Academy of Environmental Law Colloquium 2013.
