It has been some time since there has been any Scottish copy, for which mea culpa. Of course, government here as in the rest of the UK is preoccupied with Brexit to the exclusion of most other business, but even so the development of the new regime for integrated environmental regulation continues (Environmental Law and Management 29(1) 45; Journal of Water Law 25(4) 200). The Scottish Government has now consulted on a draft set of integrated regulations, along with a suite of policy and guidance.
