HUNGARY: Action accelerates over product fee

The European Commission should act against Hungary's discriminatory and divisive product fee law at its 28 June infringement meeting. That is the view of industry representatives, following several member state criticisms of Hungary's position. To date no pre-infiringement contacts have been made, despite several complaints, from industry and member states.
