Commission proposes funding TEN-T projects

The European Commission this week proposed that the EU fund a series of projects designed to boost the embryonic Trans European Transport Network (TEN-T).rnThe Council and European Parliament must now give the proposals the go ahead through the regulatory procedure with scrutiny, before the Commission adopts the final funding decisions, probably before the end of the year. These decisions will include the projects that shall be co-funded between 2007 and 2013 and the amounts to be granted to them.
