Liverpool tops flytipping list as minister urges action

Environment minister Joan Ruddock has called on local authorities to do more to tackle fly tipping, when publishing new figures this month.rnThis follows the announcement in the UK Waste Strategy of May 2007 that says that initiatives to boost recycling should be supported by fly tipping strategies aimed at preventing the illegal dumping of waste.
