Final warning for Hungary over drinks container tax

The European Commission has sent Hungary its second - and final - warning to amend its drinks packaging tax or face legal action in the European Court of Justice. Industry is delighted at the move - which it says is the first time that the Commission has taken a legally binding decision condemning an ecotax on packaging.
