Echa Spells Out Data Sharing Rules

Companies are reminded of the key principles of the information exchanges within the EU chemicals regulation, REACH, in a document issued by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) this week. In spite of companies being free to choose how they communicate and organise their own data sharing activities, the Agency explains how the so-called "SIEFs" or substance information exchange fora are formed and what role firms play within them.
