While the long awaited vote on the waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) draft report has again been delayed - next week MEPs on the 2-3 June Committee of Environment, Public Health and Food Safety will get the chance to vote on the less controversial dossier of restriction of hazardous substances from electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS) next week in Brussels.rnWelsh Green MEP Jill Evans will be pushing for tough new rules on Wednesday - including a ban on brominated flame retardants (BFRs) and PVC three years after the Directive comes into force and a temporary waiver for solar panels.
