US: EPA failed to assess pesticides' impacts on endangered species, says CBD

The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) is threatening to sue the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), asserting the agency has violated the Endangered Species Act (ESA) by failing to adequately evaluate the impacts of 394 pesticides on 887 endangered and threatened species.
