Group says EPA failed to evaluate endangered species impacts for 394 pesticides

The Center for Biological Diversity is threatening to sue EPA, asserting the agency has violated the Endangered Species Act (ESA) by failing to adequately evaluate the impacts of 394 pesticides on 887 endangered and threatened species. On Jan. 28, CBD filed a notice of intent (NOT) to sue; it is seeking a response from EPA within 60 days.
