Two updates to waste export laws published in OJ

Two different updates to EU waste export and shipment laws have been published in the EU's Official Journal over the past week. The first, a regulation (OJ L 181 of 9.7.2011), covers the export for recovery of certain waste to non-OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) countries. It covers Malaysia as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina.
