France: Eco Em ball ages and Adelphe to face court over local authority payments

French local authority association Amorce, the National Centre for Recycling (CNR) and several local authorities are claiming that French green dot scheme Eco Emballages and Adelphe (France's recovery scheme for wine and spirits bottles) are not paying municipalities enough money. Stating also that they do not comply with the Grenelle environmental law, they have lodged an appeal at the Administrative Tribunal of Paris (TAP) against the two schemes.
