Final warning for Austria on petrol vapour recovery

Austria has been given two months to notify transposition of modified EU rules on petrol vapour recovery or risk a referral to the European Court of Justice (ECJ). The European Commission said on 21 November that it was concerned that Austria has failed to notify implementation measures for the 2009 directive on petrol vapour recovery during refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations.
