Poland could face EU Court over fluorinated greenhouse gases

Poland could be facing a referral to the European Court of Justice in two months if it still has not complied with EU legislation on fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases). The European Commission said on 21 November it was sending Poland a reasoned opinion, the second and final stage in EU infringement proceedings before a referral to the EU Court, over continued failure to comply with the 2006 F-gas regulation (842/2006).
