MEPs vote to keep agreed van emission standards

The European Parliament's Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee voted on 7 May to retain already agreed emissions standards for light commercial vehicles of 147g/km by 2020, from 203g today. However, they also agreed to set indicative emissions standards of 105-120g of CO_2/km by 2025 and for new rules requiring vans to be fitted with speed limiters.
