Advocates for Tougher Carbon Monoxide Rule Say EPA Proposal Relied on Outdated Studies

The advocates, including a representative of the American Lung Association, pressed EPA to set more stringent national ambient air quality standards for carbon monoxide, which have not been changed since 1971.
