Jackson, E.D. Cal., No. 11-cv-1094, 4/6/11). In an order filed April 6, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District California dismissed EPA's motions contending the plaintiffs had waited too long to bring the claim under the Administrative Procedure Act.
