Community Leaders Tell White House What They Need to Foster Resiliency

State, local and tribal leaders met at the White House to lay out priorities for how the federal government can help them deal with extreme weather, sea level rise and other impacts of climate change. The community leaders, who met Dec. 10, are part of a new task force meant to advise the federal government on ways to align its policies and resources to meet their climate change resiliency needs (44 ER 3300, 11/8/13).
