Agency Proposes Adding Its FOIA Requests To Federal Docket Information System

The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed incorporating its Freedom of Information Act request records into the government's information system for the rulemaking docket, according to a notice published Oct. 2 (78 Fed. Reg. 60,868). The EPA would incorporate the FOIA requests it receives and associated information into the Federal Docket Management System using FOIAonline, an application already in the system. ;aadragna@bna.com;
