Wyoming's congressional delegation sent a letter to Interior Secretary Sally Jewell on Aug. 19 requesting that Wyoming and other states with hydraulic fracturing regulations be exempted from impending Bureau of Land Management regulations that will govern fracking in oil and natural gas wells on federal lands.
