No Revisions to Stormwater Rule Planned, McCarthy Says, Touting Green Infrastructure

The Environmental Protection Agency has no plans to revisit its decision to defer action on a national stormwater rule for new and redeveloped sites, but it will continue to offer technical assistance and promote approaches, such as green infrastructure, to manage stormwater runoff, the EPA's top official said Oct. 9.
