Federal Court Dismisses Challenge To Cape Wind Power Purchase Contract

A federal judge in Massachusetts on May 2 rejected requests by opponents of a proposed wind farm in Nantucket Sound to invalidate a contract between Cape Wind Associates and NSTAR Electric Co.
