Michigan County Road Commission Sues Federal Government Over Wetlands Permit

The Environmental Protection Agency improperly denied a northern Michigan county a permit to fill about 25 acres of wetlands in order to build a road for mining and logging trucks, according to a lawsuit filed July 8 by the county road commission (Marquette Cnty.
