Regulators Upholds Stormwater Permit For Los Angeles County to Advance Reuse

California's State Water Resources Control Board upheld a permit for Los Angeles County and 84 cities adopted by regional regulators in 2012 to keep harmful pollutants out of stormwater and other runoff but also to advance efforts to capture and reuse runoff.
