The EPA is relaxing some of its cleanup goals for the Reich Farms Superfund site in Toms River, N.J., based on recent scientific studies. The proposed new goals would change the cleanup's target levels for styrene-acrylonitrile trimer, or SAN Trimer, from "no detectable levels" to 185 parts per million for soils and 60 parts per billion for groundwa-ter. SAN Trimer is already below these levels at the site.
