The Commerce Department must again reconsider, and possibly further lower, the U.S. duty rateon certain imports of solar power cells from China, the U.S. Court of International Trade said.The U.S. maintains antidumping duties on imports of “crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whetheror not assembled into modules” from China. Commerce conducted a periodic duty review coveringsubject imports that entered the U.S. between December 2015 and November 2016.
