Poly Met Mining Inc. asked the Minnesota Supreme Court to overturn a lower-court decision that blockedthe company’s plan to construct the state’s first copper, nickel and precious metals mine mine.Poly Met Mining, a wholly owned subsidiary of PolyMet Mining Corp., filed a petition for review to theMinnesota Supreme Court on Tuesday.
