[Editor's note: The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, PL 94-580, completely replaced the previous language of the Solid Waste Disposal Act. Public Law 96-463 enacted the "Used Oil Recycling Act of 1980". Those provisions that amended the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act directly have been incorporated into the Act. Other relevant sections that did not amend the Act directly are included where appropriate with an Editor's note. Provisions detailing EPA requirements on studies and reports due in 1981 have been omitted.]
