Environmentalists will press for new toxic air pollution limits on petroleum refineries, chemical plants, and pesticide manufacturers after a federal court ordered the EPA to provide further evidence that it has adequately regulated those emissions. "This decision confirms we still have a lot of work to do to ensure people are protected from toxic pollution," Neil Gormley, the Earthjustice attorney who argued the lawsuit, told Bloomberg BNA.
