Sustainability may require a change in leadership

Lancaster University Management School has launched a new programme that will investigate what kinds of leadership are needed to address sustainability challenges. The school hopes to draw on its expertise in leadership development and its wealth of sustainability experts to help participants develop their leadership practice, understanding and impact. The MA in Leadership for Sustainability, which welcomed its first cohort in May, explores the theories and practices relevant to leadership and sustainability, encouraging participants to implement changes in their workplaces and communities, and help them to develop careers in the sector.
