EPA Air Advisers Identify Key Steps To Expanding 'Multipollutant' Rules

The workgroup, part of EPA's Clean Air Act Advisory Committee (CAAAC), is reviewing a draft report to submit to the agency in response to a request for input on how to switch to a multipollutant focus for air regulations. The report is dated June 1 but was only released publicly in recent days. CAAAC members discussed some of the ideas at a June 7 meeting, where they said getting industry support will be vital for the effort.
