I read with great interest the article "Coroner suggests design changes" in your March issue (civil edition), which discusses the coroner's report on the Burnley Tunnel deaths, particularly as I had been the independent reviewer for the City Link Project, which included the Burnley Tunnel, and had reviewed and approved the various parts of the project.
