Anew project management and procurement services delivery model is helping provide certainty of outcomes and continual improvement for SA Water as the utility begins a three-year period of economic regulation.The state government regulator, the Essential Services Commission of South Australia, will commence economic regulation of water and wastewater on 1 July. The commission has received a Regulatory Business Proposal from SA Water that includes proposed revenue, prices and service standards for the regulated period. In addition, the proposal also includes details of SA Water's proposed capital plan along with strategic asset objectives.
