London's Canary Wharf Has Had Its ups and downs, including two building booms separated by a British economic recession and the near demise of the office and retail site's development company. But tower cranes again are spreading across the wharf as 500,000 sq meters are added and two new towers join the pyramid-topped skyscraper that stood alone for over a decade.
