Mass Transit Commuter Systems are on the Grow

There was a time in America when we didn't need helicopters hovering overhead during rush hour to send up-to-the-minute traffic reports to commuters in vehicles below. But it's a way of life today, and as the population increases, so grows traffic. Yet, America's love affair with its cars, trucks, and SUVs may at least be shifting slightly. As gasoline prices soar and commute times grow longer in gridlock traffic, mass transit becomes a more reasonable solution. And to fuel that transitional mindset, transit authorities are making headway with technologies and systems that make their alternative more attractive. Times are changing in the mass transit market.
