Bianchi Industrial Services was given one of Kodak Park's most challenging demolition projects this past year when they were awarded building #52. In addition to environmental remediation, asbestos removal, and recycling more than 98% of the building materials, there was one more requirement - keep all adjacent buildings in use with live utilities suspended just a few feet away.
