The project consists of 1,350 beds in a general hospital and five specialty hospitals (cardiology, neurology, oncology, rehabilitation and ophthalmology), as well as retail outlets, a hotel, a mosque and housing. It is designed to de-institutionalize health care through patient- and family-centric health care delivery and through the integration of the built and natural environment.
