The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking design-build bidders for the North Campus Parking Garage. The project entails designing and building a 13-story, 43,200-sq-ft parking structure with at least 1,575 parking spaces and ramps that provide access to two levels with each revolution. The project also includes a pedestrian bridge from the garage elevator lobby to level two of the Zayed Building. The project has been valued at $27.6 million.
