Ail-Precast Concrete Buildings Speed Pipeline Production

As part of its rapid expansion of the South Texas Crude Oil Pipeline System, NuStar Energy needed several large structures to store electrical equipment that will operate its Oakville, Texas Terminal. NuStar purchased two Easi-Span™ buildings from Lonestar Prestress Manufacturing, Inc. (LPMI). The two buildings measure 24 ft × 100 ft × 14 ft and 24 ft × 30 ft × 14 ft, and are constructed from 6000-psi steel-reinforced concrete.
