Your recent feature "Going to Extremes To Get It White" (ENR 2/9 p. 20) on the white concrete tower in New York City was finely reported by Nadine Post. Nadine covered a complicated story in comprehensive detail for the construction industry professional but in language that was clear enough for any lay reader to grasp. That is a difficult balance to strike, but she did a superior job. I especially appreciate that the article underscores that the biggest lesson learned is one we already know: that collaboration is critical to the success of any job.
