Project and Services Profile For High-End Intelligent Manufacturing

Modern projects require quick turnarounds and look for technology and processes that help to achieve this goal. An ongoing project in the high-tech zone of Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, serves the high-end intelligent manufacturing industry and consists of the manufacturing intelligence, geodetic and geographic information, 3D design, construction and operations, and smart solution industry units. A public inspection service platform and a maker center are both planned but delayed due to the COVIID-19 pandemic. The project involves 81 models with a level of detail of 400-500 and has seven buildings currently, with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan. The project had more than 2,200 work packages created for progress tracking, execution and reporting. Digital transformation of the company was advanced by using True 5D BIM powered by HxGN Smart Build. This innovative solution provided nearly a sevenfold increase in productivity for digital layout with robotic total stations, as well as a 60% productivity increase with issues management.
