World of Concrete 2020: Technology Enabled, Education Focused

With construction spending on the rise, so is the demand for effective concrete and masonry solutions. The Portland Cement Association (PCA) Fall Forecast predicts a moderate increase in cement consumption in 2020 and continuing into 2021. The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) sees similar optimism, with its Chief Economist Ken Simonson saying, "Contractors are confident there will be plenty of projects in 2020. Our survey found that for each of 13 project types, more contractors expect an increase in 2020 than a decrease in the dollar value of projects for which they compete."
