摘要

In order to promote the desulfurization efficiency of calcium-based sorbents during coal combustion in traveling grate boilers, the influences on sulfur removal of the thyermal conditions and the sorbents were discussed in this paper. It was found that the SO_2 concentration first rises, then declines along the traveling grate and reaches the peak near the midpoint of the grate. The fluctuation of the SO_2 concentration over time in the flue gas is mainly affected by the flame temperature. When the particle size of the sorbents decreases from 75 to 0.1 μm, the sulfur removal efficiency will increase slightly.
