摘要

Five main influence factors are chosen as the evaluation indexes which can describe the effect of energy conservation and environmental protection of high-speed railway, and the index weights are determined with the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on the questionnaire survey to the environmental expert, this paper constructs the comprehensive extension evaluation model with the Extension Theory. This paper tests the model with the data from relative experts, which can not only expand extension application areas, but also provide new ideas and means for the evaluation of the effect of energy conservation and environmental protection of high-speed railway.
