The application research of Matlab simulation software in the course teaching of satellite navigation

In order to improve the teaching effect of satellite navigation course in university, we made some researches on the major contents and features of satellite navigation, and analyzed the features of Matlab simulation software and its application in its teaching. During the course of researching, some new reformed approaches of satellite navigation based on Matlab simulation software are proposed and the specific application cases in GPS teaching of this software are offered. Through the effect of reformed teaching mode, it shows that the interest is obviously increased of the students regarding the study of satellite navigation. And they could well control the basic knowledge and theory of the satellite navigation. The research result provides reference in the reform of teaching of satellite navigation.
