Research on the planning and building of Chinese energy-saving urban community service platform

摘要

Strong demand for community services and practical needs of community resource integration are promoting the building of Chinese energy-saving urban community service network platform. However, from a theoretical and practical point of view, we now lack a holistic understanding of the building of an urban community service platform. To this end, this paper suggests that future Chinese cities should build a unified municipal-level community service information platform that is able to provide "one-stop" community service, plans the overall operating mode and architecture of the platform for the convenience of the people, conducts detailed design of the front-end and back-end systems of the network platform, and tries to provide a systematic research framework for the building of the urban community service platform.
