摘要

Dynamic property of heavy-duty machine tools is directly connected with its machining accuracy, which effects quality of joint surface and foundation. Firstly, the stiffness and damping values of joint surface were obtained by unit area of surface stiffness and damping integral. Then, considering reinforced concrete as transversely isotropic material for heavy duty machine tools foundation, composite foundation model of spatial network was created. Considering boundary conditions of joint surface, heavy duty machine tools-foundation system model was created. Analysis of the modal system is done by ANSYS FE software. Finally, the system modal was validated by field measurement. The model is used to study effect of dynamic characteristics by changing the outline size of box foundation and foundation reinforcement layer. The correctness of the mechanism design was evaluated, and the direction was pointed out for further improvement.
